SOIL PREPARATION
Working width, disc size, depth, draft load, residue, soil moisture and available tractor power are considered together.
Conventional tillageA heavy-duty mounted plough with adjustable width and penetration for different soil conditions. It is particularly suited to sugarcane stubble and other fields carrying a high concentration of trash.
Conventional tillageA trailed disc harrow for breaking clods, mixing residue and progressing land from first cultivation towards a workable seedbed.
Trailed disc harrow · Field preparation
Conventional tillageA heavier harrow format for more demanding soil preparation. Width, disc spacing, ballast and tractor drawbar power must be considered together.
Heavy trailed harrow · Commercial farming
Vertical tillageA high-speed residue-management tool that cuts, sizes and incorporates residue at shallow depth while levelling and texturing the soil. Rubber torsion suspension gives each arm independent movement over the field.
High-HP tillageA semi-stubble heavy offset harrow for major land-development and broadacre cultivation. Standard and narrow-folding frame options support large working widths and movement between fields.
Heavy land developmentA heavy primary-tillage harrow for fields with rice straw, sugarcane trash, sunflower or wheat residue. Reinforced construction, oil-bath tapered bearings and gangs adjustable to 42 degrees are built for demanding first-pass work.
Deep soil workA heavy-duty subsoiler with adjustable shank spacing, automatic safety-trip protection, swivel coulters and a clod-breaking cage roller. It can be operated from the drawbar or as a mounted implement.
Deep soil workFor projects requiring deeper profiles, Terra Agri also configures SAC and SACH ripper systems around soil resistance, shank spacing, tractor ballast and available drawbar power.

System matchingDiscs, points, bearings, scrapers and soil-engaging components determine performance. We plan the wearing package, operating speed and replacement requirements.
Setup · Wearing parts · Seasonal planning
Tractor matchingA productive implement must suit the tractor’s weight, drawbar, linkage, hydraulics, PTO, tyres and ballast—not only the stated horsepower.
Power · Traction · Hydraulics · Work rateAPPLICATION EQUIPMENT
Capacity is only the start. Boom control, ride quality, nozzle selection, field access, fill logistics and guidance determine daily performance.
Hitched sprayingCompact mounted machines for smaller fields, mixed cropping and operations that need simple transport and fast tractor changeover.
Hitched · 400–1,000 litres
Trailed sprayingSturdy trailed boom sprayers designed for accurate crop-protection application. The range can be configured with Air Wings air assistance and ISOBUS technology to improve deposition, manage drift and rationalise chemical use.
Self-propelled sprayingNew and carefully selected used self-propelled machines with active load-sensing air suspension, low-weight chassis and integrated Total Machine Control. NavGuide mapping, section control and precision-nozzle options support accurate high-output spraying.
Drone applicationDrone platforms for targeted crop application, difficult access and rapid mobilisation. Payload and system selection depend on the material, field and regulatory requirements.
Spraying or spreading · Up to 80 kg payloadPLANTING & CROP HANDLING
We configure row spacing, metering, residue handling, fertiliser application and tractor guidance around maize, rice and soya bean production.
Small-farm plantingA compact conventional planter available in two-row and four-row configurations, with adjustable row spacing, depth-control wheels and separate polyethylene hoppers. Standard seed plates cover maize, soybean and edible bean, with alternatives for rice, sorghum and sunflower.
No-till plantingA mounted no-till planter designed for smaller farms, with quick-coupling seed boxes, adjustable press wheels and a transversal auger fertiliser system. Row and fertiliser-opening formats can be matched to soil disturbance requirements.
Commercial plantingA folding three-module planter family for commercial maize, rice and soya bean operations. Pantographic row units follow field contours while large polyethylene reservoirs support longer working intervals.
Fine-grain seedingA high-capacity trailed fertiliser seeder for fine grains and pasture. Pantographic rows, depth limiters, large polyethylene reservoirs and a small-seed pasture box support consistent establishment across large blocks.
Seed preparationA dedicated seed classifier that uses combinations of sieves to clean and grade grain with precision. It supports on-farm seed preparation across crops including soybean, maize, rice, beans, wheat, sorghum, sunflower, sesame and chickpeas.
Harvest attachmentsFour-row and six-row maize heads from Vence Tudo, selected around the combine interface, row spacing, crop condition and target harvest rate.
4-row and 6-row configurations
Planting technologyGuidance helps maintain straighter rows, controlled passes and more repeatable field operations, supporting crop management and harvest later in the season.
Guidance · Repeatability · Reduced overlap
Post-harvest linkPlanting and harvesting choices must connect to cleaning, drying, handling and storage capacity so crop value is protected after leaving the field.
Harvest flow · Cleaning · Storage planningBrochure-derived figures describe the listed models and may vary by year or market. Final working width, tank size, row count, power requirement and configuration are confirmed for each application.
STONE REMOVAL
Kivi-Pekka stone pickers lift stones, roots and branches while returning recovered soil through a three-stage sieving system. The result is safer cultivation, planting and harvesting with less hand picking and fewer damaging impacts on following machinery.
Compact stone pickingA compact machine for smaller fields and mixed operations. Standard equipment includes a sieve, hydraulic rotor lift and soil collection system, with an output of up to 900 kg per minute.
Commercial stone pickingThree working widths for commercial farms and contractors. Optional ISOBUS adds automatic depth control, jam relief, headland lift and maintenance reminders; Flex Drum on the 5 and 6 metre models extends the stone-size range.
High-output stone pickingThe widest brochure model is designed for high daily output. Its Flex Drum handles a broad stone-size range while the five-cubic-metre hopper and seven-metre working width support large blocks.
Stone size, output and tractor requirement depend on soil, moisture, stone concentration and operating speed. Final machine and option selection is application-specific.
CONNECTED TO THE FIELD
Guidance, application control, machine data and fuel monitoring help reduce overlaps, improve consistency and create a clearer view of operating performance.
