Heavy discingA semi-stubble heavy offset harrow for broadacre preparation and major land-development work. Standard and folding frames allow the disc package to be matched to the tractor and transport requirement.
Deep workingFive-, seven- and nine-shank formats for deep compaction removal, with adjustable spacing, automatic trip protection, swivel residue coulters and cage-roller finishing.
Row formationA heavy-duty adjustable disc ridger for sugarcane, yam and cassava. Two gangs can be configured with three or four discs each to build consistent planting rows.
Ratoon managementCombines subsoiling, fertilising and clod removal on sugarcane ratoons. Automatic-reset shanks and adjustable tandem disc sets support work between established rows.
FurrowingA two-shank light furrower and fertiliser for opening planting rows while placing input. Front cutting discs and adjustable spacing support mechanised cane establishment.
MECHANISED PLANTING & HARVEST
Purpose-built sugarcane machines connect the row design, input placement, crop handling and field logistics at the two most time-sensitive ends of the production cycle.
Automated two-row plantingA tractor-drawn planter that combines furrowing, fertiliser placement, fungicide bath, insecticide application and covering in two rows. PLC control, five cameras and a 10.1-inch in-cab monitor help the operator supervise the complete process.
Self-propelled harvestingA self-propelled cane harvester built around a four-cylinder Volvo common-rail diesel engine, twin crop dividers and electronically balanced base and top cutters. Automatic radiator cleaning, auto greasing and an air-conditioned cab support long harvesting days.
